Love this song... Haven't we all been strangers somewhere taking some comfort that our past is an empty slate and with those you meet you are free to be who you are now, not what you may have been or what those in your past expect you to be. Shed the Shame....
Masha was one of my favorites roles to play and this is my favorite line Masha has in the play. I love it for a very simple reason.
It is truth.
It seems to me that a man must have faith, or must search for a faith, or his life will be empty, empty.... To live and not to know why the cranes fly, why babies are born, why there are stars in the sky.... Either you must know why you live, or everything is trivial, not worth a straw.
I am not sure how things happen nor can I explain them... be that as it may this man's music came into my world. The how isn't important... But the first song I listened to "Surround Me" exposed, expressed and exhaled how I feel.
We don't get time back. But we can make the most of our future.

The Missing Piece by Don Rudnickas
I am convinced... we all want to find that missing piece. But what do we do if we do find it?
Patina
Life Burnishes our souls creating a patina and yet it is still beautiful splinters and all.

Reinventing Through Retrospection
Life Changes and we evolve. I am evolving. Searching backward to move forward.

About me
I think life is a journey that is best appreciated when you lose the map sometimes. Those journeys that take you where you did not expect and are now are part of who you are.
I read, I imagine, I take risks and never blame anyone else for my behavior. I take responsibility for my actions and expect others to do the same.
Wonder is something that should never be set aside no matter what our age. Life seems best to me when we are able to enjoy watching a dust mote caught in the embrace of a shaft of light and NOT worry if we should have dusted and instead enjoy its private dance in that one fleeting moment of time just for you.
